ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, LEADERSHIP STYLE AND JOB SATISFACTION IN THE REPRESENTATIONS OF EMPLOYEES OF A MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE

Показаны результаты исследования представлений сотрудников производственного предприятия об организационной культуре и стиле руководства их связи с удовлетворенностью трудом. Методами выступали социально-психологическая диагностика опрос. Выявлены согласованные представления о реальной предпочитаемой культуре. Авторитарный демократический стили выступили посредником в удовлетворенности различными аспектами труда. Результаты позволяют сделать заключение позитивном характере культуры на предприятии, степени соответствия стиля доминирующему типу оргкультуры показать, как это может свидетельствовать качестве внутренней интеграции организации. The article presents the results of a study representations employees manufacturing enterprise about organizational culture and leadership style their relationship with job satisfaction. showed how consistency «real» «preferred» culture.
